The MST1 is a concept multi-species toilet. Using the requirement for our own sanitation, the MST1 is designed with your pets needs too. With the aide of external sensors, smart os, and uv sanitation light, the MST1 can be he most hygienic, environmentally friendly toilet for you and your pets. The days of cleaning up after your pets are over.

Development
Hygiene First
Deep research was conducted of current and up and coming sanitation methods. In addition, a deep dive or research was conducted in understanding the requirement of human sanitation. The result was a combination of UV light, smart sensor, and automatic litter scooping cycle to ensure that the MST1 is the most hygienic toilet for both man and animal.
Kohler Inspired
Inspired by Kohler bathroom designs, the MST1 explores how form can change the way we view the ordinary. Even a litter box. Much like Kohler’s designs, the MST1 aims to unify the litter box with the bathroom environment.
Research
Research was conducted with veterinarians and animal shelters to determine the exact requirements of our feline friends, as well as the most hygienic and sustainable material to use in designing a human feline toilet.
Sustainability First
To ensure that the MST1 is not just healthy for you and your pet, the MST1 uses reusable granules to help protect the environment. The MST1 has an sanitation cycle + uv sanitation cycles to help reduces the smell as well as the bacteria for feline and human waste.

How it Works
the front of the MST1 has a sensor that knows when your feline friend is using the litter box. After your feline has finished their business, the MST1 initiates the automatic scooper inside the unit to remove any waste from the litter box and into a holding area for the next flush. A UV light is also activated to kill any lingering bacteria that can cause disease and odor. Lastly a timed sanitation wash is activated to ensure that the reusable granules are always clean and odor free.
